Name: Class Survey 311 for Spring 2009

 

Abstract:  42 students from the Stats 311 class took a survey on the first day of class.  The survey contained 10 questions.

 

Variables (columns):

  1. What is your height? (inches)
  2. What is your gender? (0=Female, 1=Male)
  3. What is your class standing? (1=Freshman, 2=Sophomore, 3=Junior, 4=Senior, 5=Fifth Year Senior, 6=Other)
  4. To the nearest dollar, how much did you spend on your last haircut?
  5. How much do you weigh? (nearest pound)
  6. How many cups of coffee did you drink yesterday? (round to the nearest whole cup)
  7. Have you ever purchased any of your required college texts online? (0=No, 1=Yes)
  8. Which school is the current NCAA Div 1 national champion in men's basketball?
  9. Guess how much does Prof. Title weigh (to the nearest pound)?
  10. Guess how many marshmallows are in the jar?
