Name: Joint Strength Data

Abstract: This dataset looked at what kind of joint and wood would be the strongest. This was measured by the amount of psi at failure.

Variables (column):

  1. Specimen (1-16)
  2. Joint (1=Butt, 2=Beveled, 3=Lap)
  3. Wood (1=Oak, 2=Pine, 3=Walnut)
  4. Stress at Failure (psi)

Possible Uses: Multiple Regression
