Name: Laundry

Abstract:  By looking at shirt materials, detergents, and stains, they designed and conducted an experiment to determine the best way to remove the stain.  They tested two detergents, Tide with a Touch of Downy and a Meijer brand called Jump, with two common materials, 100% cotton and 100% polyester, and two stains, pizza sauce (Ragu Pizza Sauce Homemade Style) and coffee (Folgers Dark Silk). They stained the materials with the appropriate stain and washed the materials with the assigned detergent to see what would come out cleaner.  They then rated the cleanliness of the fabric.
