Introduction to Statistical Investigations Exporations in Geometry Understanding Our Quantitative World

Welcome! This page contains details about my teaching and research in the Department of Mathematics at Hope College in Holland, Michigan. Lately I have been teaching lots of statistics courses and an occasional calculus course.

I have been and am currently involved in curriculum development. I have coauthored two precalculus textbooks, one general education mathematics textbook, and one introductory statistics text. I also have a geometry text for general education students that is in progress.
