This lab manual is no longer available in print. However, it is available as a free download PDF file from Pearson Prentice-Hall. A MAPLE supplement of 130 MAPLE procedures is also available. A summary of these procedures is given in a MapleCard.pdf file that can be pasted onto an 8 1/2 by 14 sheet of paper for a trifold.
The supplement of 130 MAPLE procedures and the data for the lab manual are available here. They are called MapExmps.zip. To use them, first extract all of the files and then copy them onto your C drive in a folder named Hogg-Tanis-CD. To see how these procedures work, load MAPLE and then open the Menu in the folder ICOTS-5. Run this menu.
In the future, load at least the first few lines from page xii of the Manual. Within the Manual there is some Maple code. From the PDF file you can copy and paste that into your Maple worksheet.
Please contact me if you have difficulty getting started.
